Here's how it works:
You get the entire dining room(about 2,000 sq feet) to yourself from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm. The base rental fee is $325. A $100 deposit secures your date, with the remainder due the day of.
Fine Print & Details:
You are welcome to bring in your own food, however we do ask that you purchase sweets from us if you plan to serve them at your party.Paper products such as paper plates, cups, and napkins are not included.
Per ABC laws, an ABC Manager must be on premises at all times, which we will provide at no extra cost. If you plan to consume alcohol, it must be purchased from us. ABC regulations prohibit you from bringing in your own alcohol.
Soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc may be purchased from us as well, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own if you'd like.
Your rental fee does not include a server. This means that you will be responsible for cleaning up after your party. You can add a server for your event for an additional $50.00 and they will help you with drink refills and clean up.
Decorations are okay. Please no tape on the walls.
